About The Position

The Director of Operations will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR services and solutions to meet the needs of team members and the organization. Focusing on providing comprehensive HR support and guidance, streamlining processes, and enhancing the employee experience through efficient service delivery. This role will oversee all HR Project Management and the Lean Operation Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR management, focusing on HR service delivery and operations.
• 7+ years of experience in a $2-billion-dollar healthcare system or larger.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and integration.
• Project Management experience.
• Employee Relations experience.
• Knowledge of related industry, organizational policies, practices & procedures.
• Experience in developing & implementing a strategic planning process.

Nice To Haves

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
