Come be the change! We are looking for a Director Human Resources Business Partner. This position is a senior level role within the Human Resources function, located at the Plaza Building in Winston-Salem, NC. The Director will serve as the Lead HRBP for assigned business teams, building relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor and develop HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. The role involves engaging with the leadership team to develop long and short-term people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, meet strategic objectives, and drive employee engagement. The Director will also design and drive the talent and diversity strategy, partner with learning & development and talent acquisition, handle employee relations, mentor managers, and implement specific talent management and employee engagement strategies.
