About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Director, HR Business Partner to support a healthcare organization in Southwest Houston, Texas . This senior leadership role is responsible for partnering with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives. The Director will play a key role in shaping culture, leading change management efforts, and supporting leadership development while ensuring alignment between business objectives and human capital strategy. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $170,000 to $180,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to influence organizational success at a high level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HR business partnership or client-facing HR roles , with a strong focus on: Strategic workforce and talent planning Employee engagement and retention strategies Leadership development Organizational culture transformation Change management initiatives
  • Minimum of five (5) years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong background in aligning HR strategy with business objectives in a complex organization.
