About The Position
Kaseya is seeking a dynamic Director, HRBP who will partner with the leadership team of the assigned function(s) to execute the annual talent strategy and achieve business objectives. This role will develop and implement employee retention strategies, drive productivity through performance management, design and maintain HR policies, forecast talent needs, and create workforce plans aligned with the company's mission and strategic objectives. The position reports to the Director, HR Business Partner and is a full-time role.
