About The Position
The Director HR Business Partner for Health Systems and Professional Lab Services (PLS) is a consultative role that partners with the VP & GM to drive HR strategies that support a $1B business. This position focuses on enhancing talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency within the organization, while also overseeing the Regional HR Enablement function to improve HR practices and manager effectiveness.
