The Director, HR Business Partner / Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) will join the CSP organization at American Express, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and their teams across U.S. Consumer, Membership Portfolio Services (MPS). In this role, the Director will provide strategic HR support to our colleagues to influence and accelerate workforce readiness, elevate change leadership, transform processes and experiences, and deliver on our competitive value proposition. Success will be achieved through a close partnership with key stakeholders and the ability to anticipate business needs, proactively diagnose organizational challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions across a variety of strategic initiatives, all anchored to our overall CEG strategy.
