The Director of Hospitality Services is responsible for all aspects of department(s) including Environmental Services, Linen, and Food & Nutrition Services. This role provides leadership, develops departmental goals and objectives, standards of performance, and policies and procedures. The Director oversees the overall daily operations to ensure exceptional care and services to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees. Continuous assessment of systems and processes is required to achieve economical and efficient operations and meet budgetary goals. The position also includes oversight of the region's service excellence initiatives, including patient satisfaction.
