About The Position

The Director of Hospitality Services at Avera is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Nutrition and Food Services Department, as well as the Housekeeping and Linen departments. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related hospital work experience.
• Licensed Nutritionist in South Dakota preferred.
• Registered Dietitian in South Dakota preferred.
• Current certification in the ServSafe Food Sanitation Course required within 12 months.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Nutrition and Food Services Department.
• Manage the Housekeeping and Linen departments.
• Supervise Registered Dietitians, Guest Services Manager, and Managers of Hospitality.
