About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Home Furnishings/Temporary & Permanent Leasing, to lead strategic leasing and business growth efforts across our Las Vegas and High Point campuses. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding the Home Furnishings category through strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep home industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing occupancy, merchandising, and long-term industry relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of directly related home industry experience in sales, leasing, or advertising.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving fiscal accountability.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, pricing strategy, and lease structuring.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and executive presence.
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to motivate and influence teams at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lease & Manage Interhall venue to achieve corporate revenue, occupancy, and industry growth goals, including prospecting new tenants, expanding current tenants, and securing renewals.
  • Drive revenue growth across ANDMORE’s Las Vegas, Atlanta, and High Point campuses through strategic client engagement and cross-market sales.
  • Oversee and manage the revenue budget for Interhall, including revenue, expenses, occupancy targets, and financial performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Lease Administration, Advertising, Collections, HR, IT (database), Tenant Relations, and other internal departments to ensure operational alignment and execution.
  • Provide strategic input and reporting to executive leadership and collaborate with fellow Directors & Vice Presidents to strengthen the Home Furnishings category and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and structure pricing strategies that align with corporate revenue targets and leasing guidelines.
  • Manage floor merchandising strategy, occupancy planning, renewals, and tenant expansion to maintain category synergy and enhance the buyer experience.
  • Foster collaboration between permanent and temporary leasing teams to maximize corporate growth and business performance.
  • Represent ANDMORE at competitive markets, industry events, and key functions relevant to the Home Furnishings industry.
  • Develop, mentor, and strengthen team capabilities, identifying growth opportunities and addressing performance gaps.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to resolving business challenges effectively.
  • Drive advertising sales with exhibitors and tenants to increase brand visibility and revenue.
