As a trusted leader in Life Plan Retirement Communities, our home care operations play an integral role in helping residents' transition smoothly between levels of living - offering personalized support that enhances independence and peace of mind. We're seeking a Director of Home Care Operations to lead the strategic growth and excellence of our private duty home care division. This leader will guide expansion beyond our communities, driving our vision to grow home care services to $25 million by 2026 while continuing to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to seniors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
7 to10 years of experience in private duty home care or healthcare operations, with leadership in business growth.
Proven success driving revenue, expansion, and service excellence.
Strong communication, strategic planning, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand private duty services within and beyond Lifespace communities.
Strengthen partnerships that support residents transitioning across care levels.
Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
Collaborate with marketing to promote Lifespace's home care brand.
Guide local leaders in compliance, operations, and service excellence.
Establish KPIs around growth, satisfaction, and financial performance.
Lead and mentor a high-performing, mission-driven team.
