Hillel International Role Overview Since the atrocities of October 7, Jewish students experienced a more than 700% increase in reported antisemitism on U.S. college campuses during the 2023–2024 academic year. While conditions improved on some campuses in 2024–2025, Jewish students continue to face unacceptable levels of bias, harassment, and exclusion in higher education. Hillel International is launching Hillel Campus Partners (HCP) — a new, high-impact consultative offering designed to help universities improve policies, practices, and institutional responses related to Jewish life, antisemitism, and campus climate. Hillel International is seeking an outstanding professional to serve as Director of Hillel Campus Partners & University Initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President for Hillel Campus Partners & University Initiatives, the Director will engage in business development, create key strategic deliverables, best-in-class product design, and serve as a trusted partner to senior university leaders across academic affairs, student affairs, campus safety, and beyond. This role requires a leader who brings strong consulting expertise, data fluency, and a demonstrated ability to research and design institution-specific solutions and best practices for deployment at scale. This position is fully remote and open to eligible candidates in the United States. The position requires up to 30% of travel.
