Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (business, marketing, communications).
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in strategic marketing or sales.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively work with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team for the Handheld Phone (HHP) portfolio.
  • Develop audience strategy for the US, product positioning and consumer communications.
  • Create integrated marketing plans, product launch strategies, and go-to-market planning.
  • Execute and measure full-funnel marketing campaigns and programs towards annual and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Own critical internal stakeholder relationships (Product Management, Finance, Retail, Ecomm) and collaborate with Carrier/Partner and external agency partners.
  • Guide Insights team to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations for audience targeting, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.
  • Analyze brand health, user acquisition and retention, and campaign performance regularly.
  • Translate global marketing playbooks into US-relevant marketing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with Global Mobile Marketing stakeholders to support US-focused strategies.
  • Lead audience strategies, positioning, messaging, communications strategy, and campaigns planning.
  • Develop the strategy, annual calendar, and plans for mobile marketing across HHP.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build Marketing KPIs aligned to business and overall marketing goals.
  • Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for all mobile product launches.
  • Lead MX cross-portfolio initiatives and deliver innovative ways to create new sources of business growth.
  • Lead and grow a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of respect, ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
