Role Overview: The Director of Health Care Real Estate Advisory Services contributes to all aspects of client engagements—from data analysis to presentation delivery. This role requires experience with healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems, to guide strategic facility-related decisions. The Director is proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong ability to solve complex business problems and foster client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree in health administration, public health, or finance preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or finance.
  • Experience in strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business/data analytics.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting financial statements to inform strategy.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
  • Project management experience across multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and general ledger data.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and facilitation abilities.
  • Highly organized with effective time management.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities.
