The Global Director of our HR Service Platform will lead change, process optimization, and digital transformation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will oversee a global team of 50 HR professionals, and be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives including the application of generative and agentic AI to the talent processes.

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a global vision for HR Shared Services, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives and HR strategy.
  • Drive the continuous improvement, standardization, and centralization of processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Lead change initiatives related to process transformation, technology deployment, and organizational structure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve service delivery.
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a global team of 50 HR Shared Services professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, HR Platforms, Employee Relations, and business leaders globally.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on key HR Shared Services performance metrics.
  • Monitor service levels, employee satisfaction, case resolution rates, and technology adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global/shared services environment.
  • Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing AI-powered HR tools, HRIS systems, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading global projects related to HR operations, technology enablement, or process transformation.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, data privacy, and risk mitigation in a global context.
