About The Position

As the Director/Head of GTM Finance at Cyera, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and scaling the incentive programs that drive our global GTM performance. You will oversee all aspects of sales compensation, from plan design and modeling to governance and payout accuracy, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial discipline. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to develop transparent and scalable processes that support Cyera’s rapid growth. This position requires deep expertise in sales compensation strategy, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for building high-impact, data-driven programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS finance, with direct ownership of GTM Finance
  • Experience operating in high-growth, ideally Cyber or similar
  • Instinctual grasp of: ARR mechanics, Quota & capacity modeling, Pipeline economics. Productivity and cohort analysis
  • Proven experience leading global sales finance at scale (hundreds of reps)
  • Deep understanding of partnerships (Channel, Alliances, GSI)
  • Track record of scaling compensation operations in high-growth companies. Built teams, scaled processes, and operated at enterprise-level complexity.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ARR planning in partnership with GTM, including: Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly forecasts, and monthly and weekly performance tracking
  • Lead headcount, capacity, and expense planning across Sales, CS, Marketing, and all GTM functions, ensuring alignment with growth targets and regional performance expectations.
  • Translate GTM strategy into clear financial models that connect bookings, ARR, pipeline, productivity, and margin.
  • Build and maintain executive-level GTM reporting packages, delivering transparency into operational and financial health across GTM.
  • Partner on goals for key GTM indicators: Quota capacity & attainment, Pipeline coverage and conversion, Productivity ramps and cohort analysis, Net retention and expansion economics
  • Drive YoY/QoQ improvements through data & field insights.
