Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or a similar field, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS company.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of common enablement and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce and Seismic).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • An MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the enablement tech stack and all integrations with core systems, including system governance & administration, reporting & analytics (dashboards & usage), vendor management (contracts, tools, budget, ROI evaluation), and change management & communication.
  • Provide end-user support & training.
  • Deploy new functionality that will drive productivity as identified.
  • Establish and manage an enablement intake process.
  • Standardize and centralize reporting for all enablement programs (global, and role-based).
  • Act as editor for the monthly enablement newsletter, including gathering content, producing, publishing, and communication.
  • Centralize and publish the global enablement calendar.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for the GTM enablement technology stack, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and other sales productivity tools.
  • Oversee enablement analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness, content usage, and seller performance to guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage and optimize core enablement processes, including program scheduling, communications, and budget management, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Ops, IT, and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain governance for all enablement content and data to ensure quality and consistency.
