Seated within Fidelity's Workplace Investing business unit, our team is uniquely positioned to use the company's depth of experience as the nation's leader in workplace benefits, while blazing our own trail to serve customers in new ways and find new revenue growth. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Director, Growth Strategy to join our Student Debt Product Area. You will work across product, marketing, and sales to own our go-to-market strategy from end-to-end to achieve growth objectives for our market-leading Student Debt offerings. You will deliver measurable growth results by keeping up with student debt industry trends, positioning our product's many advantages to the market, and articulating strategic vision to partners and executives. Requirements

• 10+ years of go-to-market, startup strategy, or product experience.
• History of growing a new product, brand, or business in B2B environments.
• Experience leading cross-partner solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to analyze data to communicate a product's value proposition.
• Experience in evangelizing narratives and driving projects forward.
