We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to drive new customer acquisition and optimize media efficiency across our two brands, Curology & Agency. This highly analytical and data-driven leader will be responsible for managing a $60M+ media budget across multiple paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok and other emerging platforms. This role requires a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of attribution modeling and first-party data strategies, and can effectively manage internal teams and external agency partners.
