The Director, Growth Hacker – Supplements will independently build, launch, and scale one of Ivim Health’s supplement product lines from the ground up. This is a highly entrepreneurial, results-driven role for an operator who thrives with autonomy, moves quickly, and embraces experimentation. You’ll function as the GM of your product line, owning strategy, execution, channel testing, revenue growth, and P&L performance. With access to an activation budget and the freedom to build a lean team of agencies and contractors, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact growth levers, running rapid tests, and scaling what works. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part executor, and part experimenter—someone who is deeply data-driven, scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building growth engines with limited resources. This role is ideal for a full-stack marketer with experience bringing DTC or wellness products from concept to market leadership.
