Director, Growth Hacker - Supplements

Ivim Services LLC
1d$135,000 - $165,000Remote

About The Position

The Director, Growth Hacker – Supplements will independently build, launch, and scale one of Ivim Health’s supplement product lines from the ground up. This is a highly entrepreneurial, results-driven role for an operator who thrives with autonomy, moves quickly, and embraces experimentation. You’ll function as the GM of your product line, owning strategy, execution, channel testing, revenue growth, and P&L performance. With access to an activation budget and the freedom to build a lean team of agencies and contractors, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact growth levers, running rapid tests, and scaling what works. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part executor, and part experimenter—someone who is deeply data-driven, scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building growth engines with limited resources. This role is ideal for a full-stack marketer with experience bringing DTC or wellness products from concept to market leadership. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within the Marketing organization: perfect for a competitive, metrics-obsessed operator ready to build something new at a fast-growing telehealth company.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling DTC, subscription, wellness, or consumer products
  • Experience operating 0→1 and building growth engines from scratch
  • Strong analytical experience: funnel analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, attribution, and forecasting
  • Experience managing external agencies or contractor teams
  • Deep understanding of growth channels: paid social (Meta/TikTok), paid search, influencers, affiliates, email/SMS, SEO, community, or emerging platforms
  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, attribution platforms, dashboards)
  • Hands-on experience with landing page builders, CRO tools, and creative testing
  • Strong proficiency in performance metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams
  • Ability to work independently and make fast, informed decisions
  • Excellent prioritization and project management in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and scrappy problem-solver
  • Competitive and motivated by hitting tough goals
  • Bias toward action, learning, and relentless experimentation
  • Mission-aligned and passionate about wellness and patient outcomes
