Could you be our next Director, GRC Strategy & Admin? Globe Life is looking for a Director, GRC Strategy & Admin to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for working as a shared service for the second line of defense departments in their mission to pursue a compliance and risk aligned culture compliant with the integrated risk management strategy forwarded by Enterprise Risk Management. This leader is key to the long-term success of the regulatory compliance, information security, consumer privacy, and risk management goals of the company by setting the GRC strategy with the stakeholder departments and operationalizing that strategy through the GRC application. This role is key to satisfying the governance and oversight requirements of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of GRC products, GRC processes like regulatory change management, organizational change management and program management. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
