Grantmaking at UJA is a collaborative, data-informed process that brings together lay leadership and professional expertise to guide decision-making and oversight. As UJA completes the integration of its grants and finance systems through Salesforce, this new role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen how financial investments connect to program outcomes. Working collaboratively with planning professionals, lay leaders, CPER Operations, and the Digital Data and Insights team, this role will build, refine, and integrate a unified framework that links financial performance, program results, and organizational strategy.
