Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Preferred)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Preferred)
  • More than 10 years Experience in sales, consulting, and transformation initiatives within the government sector Preferred
  • 7-10 years Field business to business sales management experience leading a team of field sales professionals selling to government segments Preferred
  • 7-10 years Experience with negotiating and leading large multi-year deals of at least $30M Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Internationally recognized professional certification that demonstrates the ability to manage projects, including complex government projects. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to enhance revenue and expand market share within the government sector
  • Leads and motivates a team of senior leaders to surpass sales targets
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with state and local government agencies
