About The Position
The American Academy of Dermatology is seeking a Director, Governance located in our Rosemont office responsible for providing direction and leadership to guide the planning, implementation and delivery of the assignments of the Governance Team within the Executive Office in relation to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and American Academy of Dermatology Association (AADA) Boards of Directors, Executive Committee and other Board related committees and task forces. This position will function as liaison and resource to the Board of Directors and to Academy and Association staff in support of the Boards. Direct administrative support for the General Counsel. Additionally, the role is responsible for Contributes to planning and implementing Academy strategic initiatives including working collaboratively across the Academy to further the Academy's mission.
