About The Position
The Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Posit is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing and leading the GRC function within the organization. This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to develop policies, frameworks, and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to align GRC practices with the company's mission and growth strategy, while also addressing compliance with federal, state, and international regulations relevant to the software and cloud security sectors.
