Position Summary: The Director, GVAP Hematology, is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing global market access and pricing strategies for assigned hematology assets. The initial focus of this role will be on Brukinsa, BeOne’s lead asset; however, the scope may be revised at the direction of the Executive Director, GVAP Portfolio Hematology, to address evolving portfolio needs. While the initial remit is Brukinsa, the role may eventually span both pipeline and inline products, as well as additional assets, depending on organizational priorities. A key remit of this role may also include representing GVAP on a Global Product Team (GPT). This position is open to US-based candidates only. Position location is US Remote, with East Coast (EST) time zone heavily preferred.

Requirements

  • BA/BS with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in market access or HEOR.
  • Experience in HTA markets and a deep understanding of the U.S. managed care environment.
  • Proven experience in product launches and the global pricing and reimbursement landscape.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures and functions.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement global market access strategies for pipeline hematology assets.
  • Identify evidentiary gaps in clinical development for optimal reimbursement and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence trial design and evidence.
  • Prepare for market access and pricing of inline assets, including new indications and extensions.
  • Develop comprehensive market access strategies in conjunction with Pricing and HEOR teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Regional and Country Access Teams on access-related inquiries.
  • Work with Clinical, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Commercial teams to align development and commercialization plans with payer needs.
  • Support business development activities and portfolio prioritization as needed.
  • Monitor competitor activities and payer requirements to refine access strategies.
  • Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to inform strategy adjustments.
