The Director, Global Total Rewards & HRIS at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is a pivotal leadership role within the HR function, responsible for the strategic oversight of the Global Total Rewards and HRIS initiatives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can partner effectively with business leaders to design, develop, and implement comprehensive compensation, health and wellness, HRIS, and mobility strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives. The role is integral to enhancing associate engagement and driving organizational performance, ensuring that Terumo BCT remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. As part of the HR Leadership Team, the Director will lead a team of 10-15 FTEs, including 4 direct reports, and will report directly to the SVP HR, Chief People Officer. In this role, the Director will engage in strategic HR partnering, serving as an expert advisor to ensure that the total rewards strategies are not only competitive but also tailored to meet the diverse needs of associates across various regions. The responsibilities include managing job leveling and architecture, overseeing compensation programs, and leading health and wellness initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for the global mobility program, ensuring that relocation processes and services meet the evolving needs of the business. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations, ensuring that all programs are aligned with both domestic and international standards. The Director will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of recognition and rewards, overseeing service awards and scholarship programs, and ensuring that the HR Information Systems are efficient and compliant. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
