About The Position

onsemi is seeking a Director, Global Tax Accounting to lead worldwide income tax
accounting (ASC 740). This is a senior leadership role, for a hands-on, forward-looking tax professional who combines deep technical expertise with a strong track record in modernizing processes, improving data quality, and driving efficiency through systems and automation.

Reporting to the VP, Global Tax, this role owns global tax accounting and U.S.
income tax compliance, partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury,
Legal, and IT, and serves as the primary point of contact with external
auditors. The Director will play a critical role in strengthening tax accounting
governance, improving close efficiency, enhancing audit readiness, and
delivering clear, executive-level insights to senior leadership and the Audit
Committee.
