As the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be a strategic business partner leading the design and implementation of large-scale global recruiting initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant, you will use data, analytics, and intelligence to optimize talent strategies and influence business outcomes. You will lead the evolution of a best in class recruiting function, ensuring our processes, technology, and people align with Iron Mountain's dynamic business needs. This position will lead the strategy and delivery for all of North America's 5,000+ annual hires (Corporate, Technology, and Frontline High Volume) as well as oversee global, matrixed recruiting initiatives as part of our global account management model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience with 5+ years of director level recruiting leadership experience.
  • Experience leading TA within a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Deep expertise in high-volume, corporate, and technical recruiting environments.
  • Strong consultative skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Experience in problem-solving using data to drive consensus and build trusted partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of new innovative TA technologies and a passion for building and optimizing new solutions.
  • Strong preference for Workday experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, designing and implementing global recruiting strategies aligned with transformational business goals.
  • Partner with leaders across the global HR organization and business units to solve complex talent challenges.
  • Use data and market intelligence to drive decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the global talent market.
  • Build customized, business unit specific recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Project manage complex, global recruiting initiatives.
  • Drive the evolution of our recruitment ecosystem by helping identify new technologies, including AI, to enhance recruiter efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of TA technologies and processes to maintain rigor and a high-quality experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the North America delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Upskill and develop your team through coaching and professional growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate a team culture focused on empathy, change management, and operational excellence.
  • Act as a thought partner to executives and customers, providing guidance on recruiting best practices and strategy.
