About The Position
This role is to provide leadership and direction for the Global Security organization, including strategies, programs and personnel. The role is responsible for, but is not limited to: (1) the oversight of the physical security and safety of the company's Associates and property globally; (2) the protection of company Intellectual Property (IP); (3) the establishment, management and oversight of the security of senior executives, Board Members and Trustees; (4) Provide leadership, organizational alignment, training and communication as a co-leader of the company Threat Management Team (TMT) and the Insider Risk Management Team (IRMT) and (5) all security related training and communication with a goal to enhance Associate security awareness and to improve overall the security of people, sensitive information and physical sites. The role will provide leadership and collaborate with other global functional leaders and Business Units to develop implement and maintain company Global Security programs. The person must have a demonstrated ability to set performance expectations, provide regular feedback/coaching, and effectively manage team performance to ensure the successful execution of programs, projects, and initiatives. The person must be a mission oriented and performance driven individual, with strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
