As the Director, Global Sales Operations, you’ll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator. Your role is to shape our sales strategy while also driving its execution. You’ll set the vision, design strategies, and launch initiatives that create outstanding experiences for Thumbtack’s pros and customers at key moments. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, you’ll lead teams across North America and the Philippines while acting as a trusted advisor to executives. You’ll also work closely with frontline sales leaders to improve processes and introduce Gen AI innovations that make sales and customer experiences more efficient and impactful at scale.
