We are looking for a strategic and globally-minded leader to head our Sales Enablement team, which focuses on building engaging programs and impactful experiences to help our internal sales teams drive customer value by harnessing the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads. As the Director of Global Sales Enablement, you will drive the strategy, prioritization, and roadmap of Reddit's global sales enablement programs, translating key business strategies into training and resources that will improve sales org effectiveness and client satisfaction. You will create and scale enablement programs and resources that accelerate new hire readiness, improve sales skills across the board, and deliver segmentâtailored learning and content for Large Enterprise, MidâMarket, and SMB teams. This role is ideally based in-person from either our New York or San Francisco offices, but we will consider qualified candidates based in other locations within the US.
