At Anaplan, we are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, career-inspired leader to lead our fast-growing Renewal Operations Organization as a DIRECTOR, GLOBAL RENEWAL OPERATIONS. This multifaceted role will report to the VP of Global CS Operations and will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional sales, customer success, and renewal leaders to drive process optimization, territory and quota development, forecasting, board and executive committee reporting , renewal compensation, deal desk partnership and overall renewals process effectiveness. This role will additionally provide direct counsel to the global geo VP ’ s and Renewal Leaders to drive Renewal Manager performance, develop accurate forecasting & pipeline measures, and build strong relationships across the GTM org to influence decision making and reduce churn .
