The Director of Products, Programs, Application Engineering, and Lab Services is responsible for the development, implementation, and launch of products globally. The position requires general management experience with proven record of accomplishment in product engineering, program management, and operations roles in a mix of local and international positions. The role also requires experience with matrixed organizations to support the execution of operations, acquisitions and manufacturing plans. The Director of Products, Programs, Application Engineering, and Lab Services will have to work in concert with Corporate Growth Leaders to identify opportunities, build business plans and drive an aggressive execution strategy. The leader needs to be dynamic, able to work across cultures and willing to take action in order to get things done while modeling Alkegen’s Values.
