The Market Development & Medical Education Director will be responsible for shaping the strategic landscape for Litfulo’s vitiligo indication ahead of its launch. This role will lead initiatives to build disease awareness, foster stakeholder engagement, and drive market readiness through evidence-based educational programs for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and executing medical education strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with scientific and commercial objectives, and establishing/maintaining partnerships with key opinion leaders to advance understanding of vitiligo and treatment innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong scientific acumen with strategic marketing and scientific insight to create impactful programs that accelerate adoption and improve patient outcomes.

  • Lead the development and execution of the short and long-term market development strategy and tactics based on the clinical profile and key customer insights.
  • Lead ideation, development and measurement of Medical education resources, programs and activities, in partnership with commercial offices and global functions.
  • Medical Education and Congress strategy & execution lead; support planning and execution of Pfizer-sponsored educational activities at global Congresses.
  • Define strategy vis a vis Pfizer Dermatology portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key functions and countries, including clinical development, medical, legal, finance, and market research.
  • Jointly with other functions, establish and maintain the appropriate external therapy area network for Pfizer, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders to enrich our views.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability, and a commitment for results.
  • Ensure simplicity and clarity at every opportunity while maintaining Pfizer compliance standards.

  • BA/BS required; Advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to interpret and clearly translate clinical data to key audiences
  • Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Communication and facilitation skills – thinks and communicates with the audience’s needs first
  • Medical Dermatology launch experience
  • Strong OL engagement experience
  • Both Global and Local market experience particularly in a key market
