As Director, you will evolve and guide an insights, research, and analyst relations organization for ads marketing. You will be responsible for conducting deep research and data analysis to uncover foundational insights that will drive business strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will also be the expert on our advertisers and the market landscape and responsible for shaping and strengthening Google Ads' perception and influence within the industry analyst community. You will be responsible for landing critical insights with executives across the organization and collaborating closely with insights organizations across Consumer Marketing, the Global Business Organization (GBO), and Product Areas (PAs) to create a unified view of the customer and market. You will also coordinate research and claims across regional insights teams. Your work will directly influence how we solve marketers' complex problems and drive the industry forward globally.
