Role and Impact: We are seeking a strategic, client-centric, and innovative marketing leader to drive the go-to-market strategy for BlackRock’s High Net Worth (HNW) offerings within USWA. This role will be responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that position BlackRock as a trusted partner to financial advisors serving HNW clients. The Director will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning narrative development, digital transformation, advisor engagement, and experiential marketing — all with a focus on delivering personalized, data-driven, and technology-enabled client experiences that reflect the sophistication of our HNW client base.
