Discover Impactful Work: You will set and lead the global market development strategy for the Laboratory Equipment Division (LED)—translating business objectives into customer‑centric marketing strategies, integrated GTM plans, and portfolio roadmaps that deliver revenue, pipeline, and adoption worldwide. A day in the Life: Own the multi‑year global market development strategy (segments/personas, positioning, value propositions, and priority plays) for LED; connect strategy to AOP targets and financial outcomes. Build a rolling 2–4 quarter roadmap and integrated marketing plan informed by customer, market, and competitive insights. Co‑lead new product introductions with Product Management: define launch objectives, claims/messaging, buyer journeys, success metrics, and the global toolkit. Partner with Marketing Operations to orchestrate execution, analytics, and return on investment optimization. Collaborate with Digital to embed search/digital commerce/eBusiness strategies into marketing plans. Partner with Content Strategy to ensure AEO/answer‑ready narratives that improve discoverability and conversion globally. Align with Regional Market Development on priorities, toolkits, and adoption targets. Collect VOC/competitive signals from the field and market research and translate insights into roadmaps. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing/market development within life sciences or adjacent scientific/technical markets, including team leadership and global program ownership
  • Proven success developing and implementing marketing strategy, product commercialization, and integrated multi‑channel demand in a matrixed environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer insight, segmentation, positioning, and value‑prop skills—balanced by thorough execution and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional teams and influence at executive levels

Responsibilities
