This team is tasked with accelerating the capability of senior management, people managers, and team members at pivotal moments in their career journeys-whether they're joining or rejoining Peloton, changing roles or functions, or stepping into new levels of management and leadership. This role will report into the Vice President, Global Talent who is looking for someone who is personally ready to clip in, make bold breakaways, uplift and strengthen our team members, and ultimately help us accelerate to new levels as a company.
