This role will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, implementation, and governance of Meta’s global Job Architecture, with a core focus on evolving our job architecture to support an AI-Native organization. As we continue to evolve our organization, our Job Architecture must enable agility, innovation, and rapid growth for our teams and employees. This role will drive large-scale strategic transformation, collaborate across diverse teams, and ensure our job architecture and skills framework are forward-thinking, future-proof, aligned with market trends, and designed to deliver a competitive edge.
