We are seeking a steady, high-impact Director, Global Investigation Services to join our Compliance & Ethics team. Reporting to the VP, Investigations, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of our global investigation program. As a key partner to our brands, you will champion a “speak-up” culture by leading complex compliance investigations with exceptional rigor and pace. As a global leader, you will maintain a presence across our corporate hubs in both Norwalk, CT and New York City, fostering close partnerships with our brand teams in both locations. In this role you will get to: Drive continuous improvement of the investigation program, the management of the investigation docket, and ways of working with key stakeholders across brands, including: Oversee the concern-raising hotline, including intake, triage, and assignment of all concerns, with the ultimate goal of continuously improving the speak-up culture Review and advise on effective ways of working with other functions (HR, Security, Legal, etc.); Monitor the effectiveness of our investigation program in detecting and responding to potential violations of law, regulations, and internal policies and controls; Continuously improve and maintain the investigation program consistent with published guidance on effective investigations; and Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements and developments relating to investigations across diverse jurisdictions Lead day-to-day management of the global investigation docket, including oversight of concerns from triage and case assignment to case closure and review of investigation reports to ensure quality and consistency Engage with senior business leaders and Legal, HR, and other stakeholders in connection with investigation progress, outcomes, and trend reporting Leverage technology to enhance the investigation program's effectiveness. Play a critical role in defining key investigation metrics and developing and deploying processes, systems, and tools to monitor, measure, and report on investigation outcomes and trends; ensure meaningful and consistent reporting of investigation metrics; drive data analysis to support improved risk assessment by compliance teams Work across brands and with diverse stakeholders to ensure proportionate and consistent discipline, appropriate remediation, and root cause analysis in the wake of investigations Develop investigation program presentations, dashboards, reports, and other materials for senior management, business leaders, and other relevant stakeholders Lead, manage, and partake in other strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
