Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, you will play an instrumental role in engaging, informing, and activating Airwallex’s growing employee community to build our business and serve our customers. At a time of rapid global expansion, we seek an employee communications leader with the experience to help us build, refine, and scale our internal communications processes, content, and channels, using a global-to-regional hub-and-spoke approach in deep partnership with our People Team and GMs. Your role requires extensive communication, engagement, and relationship-building with the global leadership team. This role will provide significant C-suite exposure and requires executive presence, interpersonal skills, strategic acumen, and business acumen. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience, including experience with late-stage technology companies with globally distributed workforces and management teams.
