About The Position

Oversee the smooth running of a team focused on critical strategic initiatives across Global Industries and Solutions, ensuring effective decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a positive team experience. Manage a portfolio comprised of our priority industries and horizontal solution initiatives with a focus on providing an elevated customer / stakeholder experience and elite level execution aligned to GI&S north star strategy. Ensure that the team is able to share best practices, innovate based on learnings across the organization and scale across the business. Oversee all strategic initiative deliverables, project plans, success metrics and ensure that any risks or asks are elevated immediately to ensure that initiative is a success. Own single unified tooling to support strategic initiatives including providing requirements, testing and adoption of tool across team and stakeholder community. Provide stakeholders with visibility, tracking projects, key milestones and ensure that accountabilities are met. Act as a bridge and coordinate across Industry GTM, Solution Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales and many other teams aligned to GTM strategy. Ensure interdependencies are understood and planned for. Deliver team status updates weekly for visibility into all current and anticipated projects, including important milestones, risks, budget tracking, and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 10+ years of experience managing strategic business initiatives and/or leading strategy projects for enterprise tech organizations and/or in industry.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading operations or program teams.
  • Thorough understanding and appreciation of program management processes and disciplines.
  • Experience leading large scale and complex programs across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify sources of data and processing needs to achieve KPI dashboards for GTM organizations.
  • Proven ability working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities while managing tactile deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in sharing ideas and presenting solutions to Sr. management.
  • Ability to maintain strong rapport with teammates, and stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
  • An incredible eye for detail and obsessively meticulous.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the goal state for strategic initiatives and build a roadmap / workback plan to accomplish it.
  • Develop KPIs and evolve year-over-year as operational maturity increases.
  • Identify and rationalize the alignment of strategic initiative resources required for GI&S organization success.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy and development of the GTM Readiness organization.
  • Function as a key member of the GTM Readiness team, establishing an environment and culture where team members can do their best work.
  • Support the VP with daily operations, including strategic initiative success planning, process improvement, best practices, documentation, facilitating team meetings and all-hands.
  • Manage, coach, and inspire a small team of strategic initiative leaders by providing vision and direction.
  • Facilitate communications to ensure team is maintaining operational effectiveness.
  • Own our team's career development from identifying resources and skills, hiring process, onboarding new members, and defining role specifications.
