About The Position
As a Global HR Business Partner at Kyndryl, you will focus on strategic HR Leadership collaborating with Practice Leaders and line management to enable impactful talent management initiatives across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice and counsel on initiatives such as workforce optimization and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR challenges. By partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and Country HR Leaders, you will deploy and execute HR programs designed to enhance learning and upskilling capabilities, recognize and reward achievements, and foster an engaged and healthy global workforce. Your role will be crucial in aligning workforce development and productivity with business goals to support continued and expansive growth objectives.
