About The Position
The Director of Global Field Medical Excellence will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Field Medical function. This position will oversee onboarding processes for Field Medical (FM) roles, design and implement FM skill training programs, and support the development of effective rosters and territory mappings. The role demands expertise in field surveys, digital thought leadership strategies, and the development and monitoring of Field Medical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of field medical operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the FM team. This is a Remote position.
