The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to serve as Director, Global Fan Engagement Marketing – Revenue Generation within the league’s Global Fan Engagement Center of Excellence. This role owns the design and execution of 1:1, signal based marketing that translates enterprise fan data into personalized experiences driving measurable global revenue growth. The Director will lead omni-channel 1:1 programs across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web, powering growth across priority revenue streams including NFL+, Game Pass International, NFL App, Fantasy, merchandise (NFL Shop), and partner activations. Sitting at the intersection of fan data, marketing technology, and performance execution, this role is accountable for building journeys that dynamically adapt to fan behavior, lifecycle stage, and commercial opportunity. As a senior leader within the Fan Engagement team, this role partners closely with Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, Media Teams, and partners to ensure personalization is scalable, compliant, and revenue accretive. The ideal candidate brings deep lifecycle and performance marketing expertise, strong people leadership, and a disciplined, test-and-learn mindset.
