The Director, Global Digital Infrastructure and Operations will lead strategic initiatives to enable digital transformation and innovation across the critical functions of Supply Chain and Manufacturing (Operations). This senior-level role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in digital strategy, technology management, and business partnership. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and deliver impactful solutions that optimize Ingredion's Operations processes, enhance employee experiences, improve decision-making, and drive sustainable growth in alignment with our P2W strategy and business objectives. In this position, the Director will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and management of the company's Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) infrastructure, operations, Operations Technology (OT), and end-user computing environment. The role requires identifying and delivering opportunities to leverage emerging digital technologies and platform best practices to drive innovation, efficiency, and productivity that realizes business value and improves customer experience. The Director will also oversee and manage relationships with infrastructure managed services partners, ensuring that service providers perform to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as documented within service contracts. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and audits of managed services partners, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions of the contract. Additionally, the Director will manage the end-user computing environment, including hardware, software, and mobile devices, ensuring timely resolution of end-user support issues and developing policies for device usage and security. Talent development and team leadership are also key components of this role, as the Director will manage a team of direct reports and service providers, focusing on personnel selection, training, performance management, and career development.
