About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Global CXO Programs to join our Global CXO Programs team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global CXO Programs, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs, including CXO Summits, customer advisory boards, and specialized events. You will build and nurture impactful relationships with C-level customers to elevate Zscaler’s position as a trusted advisor. This role involves leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional executive experiences. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, tailored content, executive speaker preparation, and follow-up strategy, as well as develop and iterate on best practices to maximize customer engagement and program impact.
