As a Director, Global Compensation Programs, Processes & Compliance, you will be trusted to lead the operational and process excellence side of the global compensation function. Key responsibilities will include designing, maintaining, and optimizing compensation processes and systems to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable delivery of compensation programs across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 10 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Travel Requirements: 15% Domestic, 5% International

  • Expertise in Workday and other HRIS platforms; strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Experience in global compensation practices and regulatory environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing compensation operations team, driving strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT.
  • Own global delivery of annual pay planning cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and market trends.
  • Oversee salary structures, pay equity, recognition programs, and support data analytics for strategic compensation initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of compensation operations.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as business owner for compensation systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), leading configurations, upgrades, and tool implementations.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops and IT to resolve system issues and optimize functionality.
  • Lead strategic projects related to compensation innovation, compliance, and audits, including change management and communications.
  • Ensure global compliance with compensation laws and internal controls, maintaining up-to-date guidelines and delivering reporting for leadership and regulatory bodies.
