The Director Global Commercial Operations manages the sales operations tools, people and processes to support Spacelabs commercial sales. Responsible for back-office support to drive sales productivity and forecasting/order accuracy. Manages global sales forecasting, order entry, customer support, fulfillment, sales contracts, quote to cash process including improvements, and incentive compensation programs. Critical success factors for this position include the ability to drive sales productivity through improved processes and support systems; and to work in close collaboration with sales management, finance, operations, marketing and IT to ensure effective processes. This position is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, Washington.

  • Manage quota process - including territory assignments, quota structure and commission plans, with regular updates to sales plan status, headcount, etc.
  • Key member of Compensation Committee.
  • Manage commission structure and payment.
  • Drive sales operations processes and systems.
  • Coordinate implementation to achieve commercial efficiency and sales force productivity.
  • Drive process improvements.
  • Own the Sales Process & Sales funnel.
  • Partner with Finance to accurately complete global revenue forecasting on a monthly basis as well as quarterly.
  • Manage sales support team, business system support team and commissions analyst: hire, train motivate, develop and evaluate direct reports.
  • Ensure teams effectively support the sales organization.
  • Manage funnel reporting; provide analysis for management reviews.
  • Define and manage key metrics and performance analytics for sales organization; and use these metrics to communicate to management and drive process improvements.
  • Act as liaison and key contact to link field sales with internal operations.
  • Provide product forecasting and prioritization of customer demand to drive on-time delivery, prepare pre-builds, manage backorders, etc.
  • Implement, improve, and execute S&OP process.
  • Organize field communication channels.
  • Work with key stakeholders to determine list pricing for all business units.
  • Implement global Sales, Business Systems and Commercial Operations tools that support sales strategies and processes.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently, resulting in meaningful information for decision-making.
  • Knowledgeable on healthcare laws and regulations such as HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.
  • Ensure compliance with government and large organization contracting in the healthcare, hospital, and medical device sectors.
  • Manage and deliver all reporting requirements in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the processes of the quality management system (QMS) are implemented and maintained.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience emphasizing sales management or support, in a technology or manufacturing environment.
  • 8+ years of management responsibility for a diverse, productive team.
  • Strong finance and analytical skills.
  • Experience delivering results through others, both direct and matrixed.
  • Experienced user in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SQL, CRM, CPQ, and Word required.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills, and strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working positively and productively in a team environment.
  • Field sales experience.
  • Global and remote management experience.
  • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing and FDA QMSR.
  • Salary range from $150,000 - $190,000 annually.
