About The Position

The Director of Global Campaigns & Content at L'Oreal is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Redken brand. This role focuses on creating compelling content across various channels, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. The director will collaborate with product and creative teams to define go-to-market strategies and track campaign performance, driving the brand's digital transformation and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in campaign management or content creation.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats.
  • Experience with SEO and visual content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.

  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience in visual content creation (basic graphic design or video editing).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation budget and develop creative briefs according to strategy.
  • Champion the genesis of Big Ideas from consumer insights.
  • Create a 360 activation plan from product briefs and define the scope of assets.
  • Collaborate with drive markets to validate briefs and gather insights.
  • Drive the creation of all content to ensure it resonates with consumers.
  • Own all media, including owned, earned, and paid media content.
  • Set and track campaign KPIs with drive markets and provide feedback to creative teams.
  • Work with R&I, claims, and legal teams to validate creative and claims.
  • Assess pre and post-campaign performance using data from drive markets.
